Chase was so helpful and kind. Stopped in for the yummy croissants in a hurry to see a family friend in the hospital that loves them. Chase helped me get through the checkout quickly plus he knows & has been super helpful with my elderly family friend prior to her going into the hospital. He’s a very wonderful kind person. My hero

Jennifer was AMAZING! She help me pick out a Beautiful Bouquet of Flowers to have delivered to my mother-in-law. (The best part is, she did all this without me ever stepping foot in the store!). If I could give her 10 stars or more, I totally would! They should give her a raise for above and beyond customer service!

My first online order with Fresh Market, the app wasn’t working when I arrived for pickup. I called the 4th St. location spoke with Jennifer, and from that moment the experience felt like true concierge service. Since I arrived early, two deli items weren’t ready yet. Jennifer personally checked on them, let me know when they were available, and even walked me through the store to show me exactly where they were. She waited while I purchased them, checked me out, and then brought out my online order. This was by far the most pleasant online pickup experience I’ve had compared to major competitors. Please recognize Jennifer for her outstanding customer service!

I went to Fresh Market at 10:30 a.m. on 3/27.. I wanted to get 3 meals for the weekend. Because, I'm having back surgery on Friday 3/28.. When I walked in I went over to see what they had for lunch.. I ended up getting salmon with a side of baked potato sour cream potato salad. And kale salad.. It was definitely my lucky day. Because, that meal only cost $5.. I also got a container full of lemon orzo with spinach. Which cost under $6 I walked throughout the store. Until I came upon the flank steak sandwich with horseradish.. That cost $7. I did have that back in October of 2025... 3 words.. TO DIE FOR... I also found 3 eggplant cutlets that were only $5 Lastly, I made my way to the bakery. Where the bulk cookies were in a case. I bought 4 Linzer tarts. 2 raspberry. And 2 blueberry Along with 4 wedding cookies. After that I went to check out. I ended up only spending under $30.. It probably would have been more. If the lunch meals weren't on sale.. Along with the eggplant cutlet. It was a definite win-win this morning... I'm TOTALLY STOKED I went to Fresh Market..

The meat department is terrible they use the number system sporadically never consistent. There is no actual line. The wait time is ridiculous. No structure or organization. This part of shopping makes it less desirable for me to come here. Do better Fresh Market
